Get ready for the burn with this month's move of the month, our new and improved Ultimate Butt Challenge 2.0!

Each month at Move Move we set ourselves aĀ Move of the Month Challenge. Throughout the month we focus on mastering that move. Sometimes our Move of the Month is just one move, other times it maybe a series of moves. But our aim is to progress in some way.

Since Spring is on its way and weā€™re all beginning to think about toning up for summer, weā€™ve brought back a new and improved version the Ultimate Butt Challenge. If you missed our original Ultimate Butt Challenge, take a look at it in ourĀ April Move of the Month.

Welcome to theĀ Ultimate Butt Challenge 2.0!

Your goal is to complete theĀ series 3 times a week throughout August.

ā€“ Leg Lifts x 10
ā€“ Dog LegsĀ x 10
ā€“ Leg Sweeps x 10
ā€“ Kick Ups x 10
ā€“ Heel SqueezesĀ x 10
ā€“ Knee LiftsĀ x 10

Repeat both sides!

If youā€™re new to these moves, start with fewer reps and build up to 10.
